Yes—there is a consultation fee for custom trip planning. However, the first 15–30 minute discovery call is free. For full custom itinerary planning, the fee is $100, plus $50 for each additional traveler. This covers the initial research and detailed itinerary design. If you proceed with booking your custom tour through PandaVoyage, the consultation fee will be credited toward your total trip cost.
Can you help if I only have a rough idea?
Yes. You can submit your rough ideas first, and we can help narrow down destinations, route logic, travel style, and possible experiences.
Can I combine several cities in one trip?
Yes. You can request a single-city stay or a multi-city route such as Beijing, Xi’an, Chengdu, Guilin, Shanghai, Yunnan, Zhangjiajie, or other destinations.
Is a custom trip only for luxury travelers?
No. Custom trips can be arranged for different comfort levels, group sizes, interests, and budgets. Luxury travelers can request higher-end hotels, private services, and exclusive experiences.
